Art as therapy has been recognized as incredibly beneficial for years. Regardless of what you make, there is healing and joy in the creation.

Artistic opportunities provide an alternative method of expressive communication that goes beyond the limitations of speech. It is kinesthetic, tactile, sensory and perceptual. Art takes you out of the present moment and puts you in it all at the same time.

We create opportunities to explore and express yourself in a myriad of ways. We delve in to all aspects as we create paintings, jewelry, crafts and so much more. We do all this while enjoying the experience with everyone else in class. Participate in the healing and expression taking place in our fun safe and welcoming environment.

The very heart of practicing yoga is serenely moving in the direction you want to go, in the way you want to go. Yoga encompasses a complete system of physical, mental, social, and spiritual development.

You can increase your flexibility, improve balance, relieve stress and sleep better with our gentle fun yoga classes. The life improvements go beyond the physical. You can enhance the body, mind, spirit and the connection between them.

Few other things will enable you to extend and improve all the experiences life has to offer as much as yoga. Our physical self becomes a vessel to expand possibilities instead of limiting them. The body benefits from movement and the mind benefits from stillness. Yoga gives you both.

For generations, yoga was passed on from the master teacher to student. Now we practice together in a supportive environment.
